ABOUT US

Applied Mental Health Solutions, LLC is a woman-owned training and consulting organization based in the Pacific Northwest, established in 2011. We combine mental health expertise with an everyday, interactive approach to best support communities, businesses, organizations and individuals become more familiar, inclusive and engaged with those affected by  mental illness or substance use.

We are certified trainers in the nationally and internationally recognized and evidence-based practice of Mental Health First Aid. An 8-hour training certification course designed to give members of the public key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis, much like CPR/First Aid.
