Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour, evidence-based curriculum that provides information about the most common mental health conditions that impact people and what to do when you notice change or a crisis. This is the perfect starting point if you are looking to increase general awareness of mental health issues. Contact us to schedule an on-site training for up to 30 individuals per session.
